Ido Leffler, the founder of personal care range Yes To Inc., has stepped aside as chief executive officer, and hired Joy Chen, an ex-executive at the Clorox Co., to lead the company. Leffler will serve as president of the company that distributes its eco-friendly, vegetable-named products—Yes to Carrots, Yes to Cucumbers and Yes to Tomatoes—to mass retailers in the U.S. and to Sephora in Europe. He says the move will allow him to focus on the big picture.

Chen most recently served at Clorox Co., as vice president, operations of Laundry, Home Care and the Greenworks unit—a more than $1 billion division. Looking forward to putting down new roots, Chen says, “Yes To Inc. has had a huge impact and significant buzz in the world of beauty. My objective is to take Yes To to the next level.” She says she’s already purchased an orange-colored wardrobe; Leffler is known for his carrot-colored clothing.
